We started doing wine matches for an anniversary tasting menu many years ago and our guests seemed to enjoy our matches, so we eventually wound up matching our entire menu with wines. We’ve also recently started doing beer matches, but this anniversary menu is different because we’re presenting street food from many different parts of India with a wide range of flavours and realised that matching individual dishes is pointless as these are dishes meant for sharing. So what we’ve done instead this year is create a new menu of drinks that will broadly match most of the dishes on our Street Food 32nd Baburthday menu. Hope you will enjoy it.
