We consider ourselves to be very lucky that our customers are so interested in what we do and what food we serve that they volunteer to help us refine and choose new dishes for our menus.
How does it work?
Whenever we are going to launch either new A la carte or Specials menu items, we invite in a group of tasters to come, taste all the dishes and give us their honest opinion on them.

Tasting sessions are usually on Wednesday afternoons and generally last about four hours. Tasters should be prepared to taste every dish we will be trying out and to take good notes.
When there is a tasting session coming up, you will receive an email that will come from our consultant, George Dorgan, and we would ask you to reply to that email if you are able to attend the session.
