Valentine’s Day

This Valentine’s Day is also Babur’s 542nd birthday. We’re celebrating this holiday to love with some special dishes that would never have been created had Babur not conquered India and founded the Mughal dynasty.

Babur hasn’t been around as long as the Mughal dynasty, but in our 39 years we’ve learned about celebrating Valentine’s Day.

In mythology, a love-potion is a magical drink that makes the person who sips it fall in

Love with each other so we have made our own Potion which is made with Absolute vodka,

Madagascan vanilla extract, passion fruit, vanilla sugar, fresh lime and bottle of fizz to top up.
