To mark forty remarkable years, we invite you to journey through Babur’s flavourful heritage with a five-course tasting menu, created especially for our Ruby Jubilee.
This is a celebratory dining experience, with every course telling the story of where we’ve come from and where we’re headed.
A thoughtfully curated selection of wines by the glass can be paired with each course – a perfect marriage of bold flavour and elegant refinement.

1st Course
Pan seared Hake, roasted aubergine and red onion salsa, black onion seed, mustard dressing

Black leg chicken breast, green cardamon, crushed black peppercorn N
