Dining Chair Traveller Rajasthan

We’re getting out of the cold for our Christmas season menu with warming dishes from the princely states of Rajasthan. This brief menu shows the two sides of Rajasthan – the meat-eating Rajputs and the vegetarian influence of the state’s Gujurati neighbours and the local population of Jains, with their many fine temples.
