¿Hablas Margarita?

A Margarita isn’t just a magnificent drink, it’s a legend. There are conflicting origin stories for Mexico’s great claim to cocktail fame, but the best involves beautiful women. The Café Royal Cocktail Book, published in 1937, claims it was created for a Ziegfeld dancer, Marjorie King. But Jose Cuervo says it was first made in 1938 in honour of a beautiful Mexican showgirl named Rita de la Rosa. But just as women are all beautiful in their own way, so too is each Margarita delicious in its own special way.

Hope you enjoy them all!
