We’re continuing our tour of the 37 states of India, celebrating our 37th anniversary. As with the first leg of this tour of India, we’re ranging far and wide across the subcontinent and hope to present dishes from all the states of India. In this menu we have dishes from parts of India from we’ve never visited before, from Ladakh lying to the north of Kashmir, to Tripura which is tucked up against Bangladesh and Haryana which surrounds New Delhi on three sides. We hope you will enjoy.
