Indian Ocean Islands

The second of our String of Pearls menu – featuring the cooking of Mauritius, Maldives and Seychelles – runs from 14 May to 30 June. This will be an all-seafood menu.

We think the bright, surprising flavours of these seafood cuisines make a good transition from spring into summer.

As there are no restaurants in London serving these cuisines, we are grateful to Selina Periampillai, blogger, supper club host and pop-up chef (www.tastemauritius.com) for her valuable help in making this menu.
