About the Event
To finish our Year of Saving the Indian Tiger, we’ve made a tasting menu of your favourite dishes from all the regional cuisines we’ve explored in our Tiger Trail menus.
This has been an interesting year for us. We’ve learned new techniques and flavour combinations by following the trail of tiger conservation around the subcontinent.
Together, we’ve raised £15,630.00 at the time of printing this menu, all of which has gone to fund the efforts of ZSL The London Zoo with the Chitwan-Parsa Reserve in Nepal. Thank you and we hope you’ll enjoy the best of the Tiger Trail.
