Christmas in Kerala Tasting Menu

The Christian community of Kerala was founded by St Thomas the Apostle in 52 CE. This community is referred to as either Thomas Christians or more commonly as Syrian Christians, because St Thomas spoke Syriac and this has always been their liturgical language. This community has had a long time to develop traditional Christmas dishes and we are pleased to present some of them for you.
